Publication runs in batches of one hundred, in population order, and a batch joins this index only after its pages have cleared the programme wide comparison against every guide already published on any of the ten addresses.

Each link opens the guide researched for that one city, carrying market readings gathered there, the selling law of its state and a worked example priced from its median.

Each of the ten addresses carries exactly two hundred guides. This one opens the second thousand; the five addresses before it hold the first thousand between them, and four further addresses hold the blocks that follow.
